Being an Earth sign, Taurus is very practical and well-grounded. They are extremely hardworking and persistent. They are known to be so stubborn that they will hold the ground even if they are wrong. 

Taurus rules over the throat and neck, that includes vocal cords, esophagus, thyroid gland, tonsils and palate. People are more vocal and hence are pretty good at communicating with others. Taurus are usually very rigid & prefer to stay in their comfort zone. They avoid taking risks in their lives. People born into this sign give importance to simplicity and focus more on their priorities before anything else.

Taurus folks are more vulnerable to colds, coughs, chronic sore throats, tonsillitis, & thyroid problems. Fish contains omega-3s which helps in better thyroid functioning. Other foods that keep it’s functioning at best are leafy vegetables, green salads, beans (pgaliyaan) and fresh fruits.

What not to eat : 

As we know that taurus people dislike exercise and have the tendency to gain weight quickly, it is very important for them to avoid foods that are rich in carbohydrates as it will cause health related issues. Consumption of baked, sweet and heavy foods should also be reduced.
